Sip Japanese whiskeys as you tour our kitchen, watch our chefs grill locally raised Wagyu beef on the yakatori, make ramen noodles from scratch, and roll sushi. Then find a seat in our Tasting Room with friends old + new and enjoy the meal you saw taking shape in the kitchen.
